Why become a member? 

  • Contribute to our mission of protecting, preserving, and promoting the
    human and civil rights of people with IDD
  • Peace of mind knowing that your membership goes towards helping
    individuals with IDD who are in need of advocacy
  • Contributions of membership may also go toward our emergency fund and events

Membership Cost:

  • Any donation amount that you can make to The Arc of Adams County will cover your membership for one (1) year.

  • a 15% discount at all arc Thrift stores
  • a guaranteed invitation to our Annual Picnic and Annual Meeting
  • legislative updates on information that impacts the lives of people with IDD
  • voting rights about issues facing The Arc of Adams County

All donations allow us to help our clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to meet critical needs.

Your contribution helps to improve the quality of life for persons with IDD.  A contribution to The Arc of Adams County will help provide supports to clients with basic needs, supplies, attending conferences, and more!

  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) parent, guardian, community member with experience working with people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
  • Individual who lives in the eastern part of Adams County and has experience working with people with IDD
  • Parent of a younger, school aged child
