Snack & Chat is a monthly meeting regarding adult advocacy. Questions and concerns welcome! 

A group for siblings of individuals with IDD to speak privately with a licensed therapist. Free and completely confidential.

A group for self-advocates hosted every 3rd Friday of the month.

This year, 2021, the picnic was on August 5th, from 5 – 7 PM. 

Stay tuned for updates on next year’s picnic as we get closer!

Held annually in the fall to honor and recognize those in our community who have gone above and beyond! 

We offer both a teen (12-18) and adult (18+) sibling group for siblings of people with IDD. Both groups meet once monthly for one hour. It is free and there is no commitment to attend. Please reach out if you are interested in either group.
