Colorado’s Parent Training and Information Center. Helpful for any questions you might have regarding your child with a disability.
Mission is to inform and empower all families as advocates for their children with disabilities ages birth to 26 years old in the Denver area.

Works to improve and sustain the capacity, accessibility, quality, and affordability of early childhood services.
Network of Hispanic/Latino parents formed to provide support for people with disabilities or special needs, their parents, family and guardians.
National family-led organization of families and friends of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and disabilities, promoting partnership with families at all levels of health care–individual and policy decision-making levels—in order to improve health care services and policies for children.
Assists individuals to save money, while preserving their SSI and Medicaid.
disability services
North Metro serves people with IDD and is the single point of entry for services to eligible people in Adams County (not including the city of Aurora).
Serves individuals with IDD from toddlers through adults. Assessment services include interdisciplinary team assessments and single discipline assessments (psychology or speech/language). Therapeutic services include psychotherapy, speech/language and occupational therapies, group therapy, and family therapy.

Provides programs and supports that enhance quality of life and create opportunities for greater independence at home, at work and at play for all people with disabilities.
Education
Provides accurate, reliable information about special education law, education law, and advocacy for children with disabilities.
Protects and promotes the rights of people with disabilities and older people in Colorado through direct legal representation, advocacy, education and legislative analysis.
